Are you between the ages of 11 and 18?

Would you like to make a difference in programs available for teens at the library?

Join the JCL Teen Advisory Board and help plan the library programs for teens for this winter, spring, and summer. This is a great opportunity to help facilitate a teen programs at Jefferson County Library. First meeting will be held at the library on Thursday, December 6 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm.

December 6, 2018 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm will be the first meeting of this new teen advisory board.

Please call Russ Stamp at 360 385-6544 for more details or feel free to come to this first meeting and help set the meeting times for the following meetings.

The purpose of this board is to advise library staff about programs for teens; to develop a group of teen program presenters; and to expand the activities of the advisory board as the group grows in intention and purpose, with the possibility of making collection development recommendations for young adult materials.
