THE MAGIC OF ART! An Art Camp for 6-8 year-olds
MONDAY-FRIDAY, JULY 16-20, 10 AM - 3 PM
Experience all the magic art can offer at Port Townsend School of The Arts the week of July 16-20, 2018. Each day features a different theme. Our instructors will use a variety of media, including fabric, paint, colored pencils, chalk, to help your young artist make art the swims, squiggles, blooms, breathes fire or flies! During morning and afternoon workshops they’ll create; the week culminates with a PTSA-hosted show of their artworks (to which family are invited). Located on the Fort Worden campus, PTSA is dedicated to bringing art instruction to our local community.
Daily Schedule: Participants arrive at 10 AM at Port Townsend School of the Arts in Building 306 at Fort Worden State Park. Pick-up at 3 PM. The week will end at PTSA with an exhibition for family and friends, showcasing the art created by campers throughout the week.
A limited number of scholarships will be available.
