Local 20/20 is involved in a variety of areas related to local sustainability and resiliency, including energy, climate, food, waste, arts, local economy, emergency preparedness, transportation, etc. (See for details), and the work is primarily volunteer work. We would be happy to mentor those wanting to learn more about these areas.

I've written this to cover both my personal experience as well as Local 20/20.

I have a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering, and did software development and project management for product development (medical devices primarily) in R&D for over 20 years.

I am involved in local climate action work as a volunteer, and would be happy to share knowledge about that. I have also been involved in starting and managing a few non-profits.
